Greetings!

Welcome to the Washington State Residential Care Council (WSRCC) Association of Adult Family Homes. WSRCC is the largest state membership organization representing the interests and needs of Adult Family Homes professionals; the Owners/Providers.
Our top priorities are to encourage legislative efforts and education. Our goals, driven by our membership, include providing dynamic educational opportunities, networking opportunities, increasing our membership and making a commitment to advocacy and advancement for our profession.

Another important aspect of WSRCC is our benefactor program. A Benefactor in
most cases supplies a good or service to the Adult Family Home Industry. You are probably serving many WSRCC Homes at this time. Our Adult Family Homes actively support and patronize our Benefactors through our buying decisions. We develop a long-term relationship with you through activities in which you may participate. Your financial contribution allows Adult Family Homes across the State to stay in business, which in turn allows your business to prosper. WSRCC elevates quality through ongoing education of providers and working with Olympia to set standards. We share experiences, skills and knowledge with Adult Family Homes throughout the State.

Annual Conference

For the past 11 years, this event has drawn industry professionals with nationally known keynote speakers. Benefactors receive a favored location for vendor displays, with an opportunity to distribute materials, perform demonstrations, and sell products/services. You are welcome to participate in networking with attendees during the 2 day event. You may also have the opportunity to have business or factory representatives speak at the convention, sharing your expertise and furthering your business.

Presentations/Education

Benefactors may attend and present at Local Chapter meetings. You may choose from any of our 14 Chapters around the State. You also are granted the opportunity to present and display at State council Meetings, held monthly in the Puget Sound area. Benefactors may also sponsor an educational workshop for continuing education credits through a Local Chapter, promoting a community-wide event.
